Little Bloom Room is a online and phone-order florist! For phone orders, we're open Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. Our shopfront at Goondoon Street is open from 2:00pm–5:30pm for pre-arranged pickups and a curated selection of pre-made flowers, hampers and gifts. You can also place an order online anytime!

Your blooms will arrive in style - in our own delivery van! We don`t rely on non-flower rockstars to delivery our blooms. All our deliveries are done by our in house flower delivery driver and staff who are trained in making sure your delivery is delivered looking like it did when it left the shop.
To ensure smooth delivery, please include any relevant details in the ‘Delivery Notes for Driver’ section at checkout:

For hospital deliveries, including the ward or bed number is ideal, but if you’re unsure don’t worry! We’ll work with hospital staff to find the recipient and since Gladstone has only one hospital, this process is quite simple.
No worries - that's an easy fix. Please call us if it's for the same day delivery on (07) 4972 7429 or email us any changes ASAP to sarah@littlebloomroom.com.au
We sure do! We only have one hospital in Gladstone - to make it a smooth delivery please include the ward and bed number.
No, if the recipient is not home our awesome delivery rockstars will leave it in a safe spot away from the elements and out of view from the road.
If our courier deems it unsafe to leave (e.g. exposed to the elements or visible from the road) we will bring it back to the shop and leave 2 notes. 1 in the mail and 1 at the door, letting the recipient know we have a special delivery for them. The recipient can then contact us to arrange pickup or redelivery.
As a small, local flower shop, we don’t currently offer order tracking.
As Gladstone’s busiest flower shop, we’re constantly delivering across town! To keep things efficient and affordable, we group deliveries by suburb and route them accordingly. This helps keep our delivery fees down – a win-win for you! Because of this, we can’t offer exact delivery times.
For deliveries to Calliope, Tannum Sands and Boyne Island, they’ll be made after our same-day cut-off time of 12pm, typically between 1pm and 5pm for businesses, and by 6pm for residential addresses.
If you're sending to a school, we aim to deliver before 3pm, depending on the time the order was placed. If there are any issues, we’ll be in touch.
Please avoid calling for a specific delivery time as this can delay our process. If you're sending to a work address, let us know when your recipient is expected to finish so we can do our best to ensure a timely delivery.
We appreciate your understanding and patience!
