Delivery and opening hours

We deliver to all local addresses in Gladstone, Calliope  Central, Boyne Island, Tannum Sands, Beecher, Burua, Yarwun and Benaraby. If you require a delivery outside these areas, please phone us on (07) 4972 7429 to find out if we can help you out. When ordering online our delivery fee is a flat rate of $15 per a delivery.

All orders for same day delivery need to be placed before 1pm. You are welcome to place orders in advance for other days too. Delivery times will be any time between 9:30am to 5:30pm for business addresses and 9:30am to 6:00pm for residential addresses.

Little Bloom Room is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. You can order online at any time. We are not open on Saturdays or Sundays or public holidays. We do trade on Sundays for Mother's day and if Valentine's day falls on a Saturday or Sunday only.

In our cute pink car of course! We don`t rely on non-flower rockstars to delivery our blooms. All our deliveries are done by our in house flower delivery driver and staff who are trained in making sure your delivery is delivered looking like it did when it left the shop.

Please let us know if it's a gated house or complex, if the recipient has a dog or if they are not home to let us know if you would like special place to leave them for when they get home. Providing the recipients phone number will help get their flowers to them. If the delivery address is a work address, please leave the name of the business in the special comments/notes box. It's always easier when looking for a workplace if we know the name of the company. Also, if your blooms are going to the hospital and you know the ward or bed number, please advise us of this as it makes it easier to deliver straight to the recipient. If not, please don't worry - we will find them by asking the hospital staff. As Gladstone only has one hospital this can be easily done.

We sure do. We only have one hospital in Gladstone - to make it a smooth delivery please include the ward and bed number.

No, if the recipient is not home our awesome delivery rockstars will leave it in a safe spot away from the elements and out of view from the road. If our courier deems it unsafe to leave (eg. it's not sheltered enough and easy to view from the road) we will bring it back to the shop and leave 2 notes. 1 in the mail and 1 at the door to let them know we have a special delivery for them. The recipient should then get in contact with us for a pick up or redelivery.

We are just a small little flower shop so unfortunately, we don't have a tracking option available.

We are Gladstone's most busyflower shop for a reason so we are busy everyday delivering constantly. Orders are not delivered on a first ordered basis, we collect the orders daily and work out the best route and deliver by suburbs. This helps keep our delivery fee down which means it's cheaper for you - win win! We are unable to give exact times for this reason.

We don't deliver to Calliope or Tannum Sands/Boyne until after our same day cut of time of 1pm, so delivery to these places is between 1pm and 5pm for businesses and 6pm for residential.

If heading to a school we always do our best to have it there before 3pm depending on when the order was received - if any problems we will always be in contact.  Please try to avoid calling us to ask what time it will be delivered as this holds us up and hinders getting our orders made.

If sending to a work address, please let us know what time they may be finishing in your order notes to ensure we can do our best to get it there before they leave. 

No sorry we don't deliver to P.O. boxes.

Orders

If for some reason you need to cancel the order, please call us ASAP on (07) 4972 7429. If the order has already been made and sent unfortunately, we can't give a refund for this order.

Yes, when placed through our website you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order placed.

At times we will have special promotions and these coupons will be advertised at the time of the promotion.

No, sorry. Only one delivery address order can be made at one time. Please place multiple orders for multiple delivery locations.

Yes, all orders come with one of our complimentary gift cards however if you would like to upgrade to a gift card with an envelope, please purchase an 'upgraded card' in the add on section.

Our flowers and gifts

1. Fresh flowers need special care to keep them living their longest life. Cut flowers if cared for properly can last from any where from 4 to 7 days and for roses from 3 to 5 days.

2. Box arrangements need to be watered daily to keep them hydrated. Depending on the arrangement size, a standard box requires about 1-2 cups of water per day and for larger pots up to one 1 litre.

3. Always check the floral foam, if it's dry top up with water.

Yes, lots of cute and fun things! We offer a lot on our website under the add on section including teddies, chocolates, fudge, rock candy, massage vouchers, wine, helium balloons, Palm Beach candles and diffusers and lots lots more. If you're looking for something not listed, please just give us a call on (07) 4972 7429 and we can see if we can accommodate your requests.

Our delivery car is fully air conditioned, and all bouquets are delivered with a water bag so stems are always drinking to avoid wilting.

All our flowers are sourced from local growers and wholesalers in Queensland. Sometimes due to demand we may need to source some flowers from interstate and overseas.

The flowers shown are provided as a guide only, as we use seasonal and fresh flowers from our local suppliers daily. Please know, all our flowers leave our studio beautiful, fresh and ready to WOW every recipient.

Yes, any type of Lilium (Asiatic lily's and Oriental lily's) are toxic to cats. We recommend letting us know if the recipient has cats and for us to avoid using them. Please leave a comment in the special notes section.

Liquor licensing states: in order to send alcohol it must accompany flowers, plants or gifts.

Orders including alcohol will NOT be left unattended when being delivered, a recipient of 18 years or older MUST be on location to receive the order.
