On hour or more before bed light the Sleep Candle and allow its calming scent to fill the room. Extinguish the flame before getting into bed.
At bedtime lightly spray the Sleep Pillow & Room Mist onto your pillows, bed linen, or around the room. Alternatively, mist a tissue and place it inside your pillowcase.
For ongoing ambience use the Sleep Diffuser to maintain a calming, restful atmosphere.

- All our deliveries are done by our in house flower delivery driver and staff who are trained in making sure your delivery is delivered looking like it did when it left the shop.
